Ugh

Let's hope today was just a bad day and that tomorrow will be better.  I have felt like total crap all afternoon and evening.  I have the worst acid reflux & indigestion that you could possibly imagine.  It is so bad that there are times I think I am going to be sick.  I feel like a beached whale and can't get comfortable.  I am so tired and am just ready to be done.  I really hope today is an isolated incident because I there is now way I can stand 7 more weeks of this.   I also need to add that this kids is kicking the life out of me.  Savannah was NEVER violent or hurt me.  He is ALWAYS kicking, punching or flipping.

I am sorry for the bitch session but I am beyond tired & I need some relief.

Maternity Pictures

Here are some of our photos from our Maternity session we had the day before the big October Snow Storm.  I think they all came out very nice & I am so happy I insisted we had them taken.  Too bad big sister was in one of her moods.  I would have like to have taken some of just her and I.  p.s. I swear age 3 is a million times worse than 2.  February can't come fast enough!

We are so excited to meet our baby boy!!!

Happy 31 Weeks!  Above is our 2011 family christmas card.  This is one of the pictures taken at our Maternity shoot.  I love it!  Today I am bringing Savannah for her last solo Christmas picture.  Maybe I will get a little Christmas shopping done today too!

October Snow Storm

So last Saturday, the 29th, we had a HUGE snow storm.  This is fairly early for snow in our area and with most trees still having leaves it cause MAJOR problems.  Problems as in we were out of power for 5 days again (just like 2 months ago with hurricane Irene).  Luckily we have a generator but it still got old fast.  Many people we know are still without power and the storm was 1 week ago today.  I don't know how anyone with young children could be without a generator.  We purchased ours during the ice storm of 2008 when S was only 6 months old.  We were out then for 5 days also.  We figured we may never use it again but it was the responsible thing to do.  We are able to power our whole house (although not everything at the same time) other than out dishwasher & oven.  So I was able to have warm showers, we watched dvd's (cable was out) and most importantly we had heat.  A HUGE tree fell across the road and took down our powerlines.

My hanging baskets made it through the storm

I just did my fall window boxes last weekend.
Looks like it time for the Christmas ones already!

Not only were we without power for 5 days
but our road was also closed.

S had fun playing in the snow!
